the staff communicated clearly before arrival. i found the check-in process smooth, with everything well-explained. the room had balloons, chocolates, roses, and bubbles, a beautiful surprise for our anniversary. we also appreciated the luggage storage service.

The walls felt thin. I could hear sounds from other rooms sometimes.

the location was quite good. i could easily walk to beautiful cake shops for breakfast. i also walked to many fine places. the super nice team and friendly (especially at the reception desk).

my room did not quite match the photos online. it was smaller than pictured. the sink and shower were in the same area as the bed. this caused the whole room to steam up when i showered. there was a damp smell as well.

the staff impressed me. they were cute and knowledgeable. the room had a very clean feel to it. a lovely flower decoration was present in the reception.

the room had some issues needing attention. the fan was loud. the bathroom door handle detached completely. the shower's drain cover also had a tendency to move unexpectedly.
